After almost 30 years of selling houses Richard still likes to see him self as a man with an eye for a deal. Which is good. By his own account he’s pretty much unemployable elsewhere. Immensely proud of the team and the reputation they have built he still enjoys the day-to-day buzz of a fast paced business. Full of ideas and far too many of them, His enthusiasm for tech is matched only by his inability to use it. Richard is now focusing on trying to get one thing done at a time. A collection of unfinished self improvement books fill his shelves and whilst he never seems to actually read them we suspect different. Phrases like “Lets reverse engineer that” “Create a digital culture” and “Incentivise everyone” are part of a permanent stream of enthusiasm. Ross has politely recommended “Cut to the chase.” Let’s hope he reads that one.
