Operations Director
Sam Shenton is the Ops Director and backbone at Richard James. She plays a huge role across the whole company with HR, recruitment, marketing, technology and communications and a huge long list of other responsibilities all falling under her remit. Keeping our growth plans on track is a challenging role and one that Sam gives 100% to. Keeping her head when others are losing theirs is a particular strength and utilised regularly. A dry sense of humour and an inability to suffer fools means some find it difficult to know when she is joking, which is just how she likes it.
